Dinner Tales experiences are immersive dining journeys where storytelling, animation, and interactive theatre meet imaginative cuisine. As you dine, the table comes to life through projection mapping, sound, and lighting effects—all tailored to a unique narrative. Each show features a themed multi-course menu, playful guest interactions, and moments of surprise that transform a meal into a magical, multi-sensory adventure. Whether you’re painting your plate, solving clues, or engaging with the characters, no two Dinner Tales are ever the same.
What is the difference between the different experiences?
Each Dinner Tales experience is built around a unique narrative, atmosphere, and style of interaction—offering guests a different kind of journey every time. Seven Paintings takes you through the world of iconic artworks with Leonardo da Vinci and the Mona Lisa, blending creativity, humor, and artistic interactivity. Banquet of Hoshena transports you to a mystical kingdom where emotions come alive through fantasy, poetry, and magical visuals. Message in a Bottle is a hopeful voyage into a beautiful, sustainable future—inviting guests to rediscover their connection to the planet through storytelling, oceanic imagery, and thought-provoking interactions. Each show features its own tailored menu, with every course reflecting the themes, mood, and message of the story, making every Dinner Tales experience truly one of a kind.
Will there be time for socialization during the dinner?
Yes indeed. While each Dinner Tales experience follows a structured narrative, there are natural pauses between courses and interactive moments that allow for conversation and connection. The shared table setup and playful atmosphere encourage socialization, whether you're attending with friends or meeting new people. It's a blend of immersive storytelling and relaxed dining—designed to be both engaging and sociable.
Will I be seated with strangers?
If you book a “shared table seat” then there is a chance you could be seated with strangers. To ensure that you are not seated with strangers, please book “non-shared” table seats
Can I book a private space?
Yes you can book the whole space private for you.
Can we use the restroom during the show?
Yes, you can. The experience is designed with natural breaks between courses, giving guests time to use the restroom without missing any key parts of the show. We recommend stepping out during these moments, and our team will be happy to assist you discreetly if needed.
Are we allowed to take photos and videos?
Absolutely! We encourage users to take as many videos and photos as possible and to share them on social media and other platforms. Do not forget to tag us ;)
Do I need prior knowledge of art history to be able to attend the show?
No, not at all.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last? (only the number)
For you to have an estimate, people usually spend Input the number 1.5 to 2h at this experience.
Is there parking available?
Free valet service is available and also paid parking.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there Virtual Reality?
This experience does not have virtual reality.
Is there a dress code?
The dress code is smart casual. No flipflops, shorts or swimwear allowed.
About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets have to be purchased 1 hour before the event and may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Is prepayment required for confirmation?
Yes prepayment of full amount is required for confirmation
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
You can cancel your booking with a full refund up to 48 hours in advance. Cancelations less than 48 hours in advance are non refundable. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID
What if the show is postponed or cancelled by Dinnertales?
Shows may be delayed or cancelled due to:
- Technical issues
- Government advisories
- Other unforeseen events
In such cases, DinnerTales will fully refund you but is not liable for travel, accommodation, or other related costs.
About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the beginning of the experience to not miss out on your favorite artists. Our host/hostess will meet you at the lobby and escort you to our venue
What happens if I’m late or miss the show?
The dinner starts at the scheduled time. If you arrive late you will be allowed in but you might miss some of the courses and the show
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
This is a pet-friendly event—feel free to bring them!
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here with proof of needing a carer ticket.
Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based in availability).
Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event won't include strobe lights.
Is there an age requirement?
This experience only allows guests above 4 years old.
About the food
Is it a la carte, buffet or set menu?
It is a set menu. However we do give choices in the main course.
How do you handle food allergies and dietary restrictions?
We do our best to accommodate dietary needs. Please:
Notify us when booking or at least 24 hours in advance
Understand that our kitchen cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment
Be aware that guests with severe allergies may not be safely accommodated

Is the kids menu similar to adults?
In most courses it is the same. However in the main dish we offer more kids friendly alternatives

Do you do anything special for special occasions, like birthdays or anniversaries?
Yes! We love celebrating special moments. For birthdays, anniversaries, or general congratulations, we play a customized video during the experience to make the occasion extra memorable. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll take care of the magic.

Yes, we offer mobile setups and can bring the Dinner Tales experience to your chosen venue or private residence.
